The ConneXus Performing Arts Association, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that oversees the operations of all ConneXus ensembles.  Founded in 2012 and officially incorporated in the fall of 2014, the CPAA, Inc. is a rapidly growing force in pageantry arts.  Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, ConneXus serves young performers ages 12 to 22 by offering a positive, educational, safe, and nurturing environment that is focused on individual and group growth.  ConneXus is “Where Education and Skill Meet Performance and Excellence.” 

The ConneXus Performing Arts Association, Inc. is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination, harassment and any sort of abuse, regardless of an individual’s race, ethnicity, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity or expression, ancestry, pregnancy, or any other characteristic prohibited by law. As such, CPAA, Inc. will not tolerate discriminatory, harassing or otherwise unacceptable behavior at any of its activities or events. This policy is outlined by the CPAA Code of Conduct which mirrors the WGI Code of Conduct and requires everyone involved in any way to abide by it.
